摘要: The effects of support friability (Φ) and ethylene/comonomer ratios were investigated over supported metallocene/methylaluminoxane catalysts prepared with nine different porous polymeric supports various comonomer concentrations a 2-L reactor operated in the semibatch gas-phase mode at 80°C 1.4 MPa. Φ was measured newly devised method. performance depended on as follows. average homopolymerization activities varied from less than 6 t polyethylene (PE) (mol Zr)−1 h−1 for low-Φ to 10–20 PE moderate-Φ up 100 high-Φ catalysts. presence 1-hexene propylene comonomers increased activity by 20-fold 50-fold, respectively; that is, there very marked effects. Activity enhancement 3-fold catalysts, whereas showed little enhancement. Sometimes, even resulted reductions. Very particle morphologies obtained Φ's. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
