摘要: The influence of the thickness an oriented carbyne film on conductance a special sample was investigated with electric field up to 1.8 ⋅ 106 V/cm applied transverse carbon chains. A steplike dependence observed. general shape current-voltage characteristics, I ∝ U 2.3, changes U 2 when corresponding rapid change is attained. characteristics presumably correspond space-charge limited current in presence or absence trap band within gap. We propose formation charge-topological soliton lattice at “magic” thicknesses which results layered structure and bandlike conduction
