摘要: In order to improve our knowledge of post partum headache, during a two-year period we studied large population pregnant patients institution using four-stage process including two questionnaires (the first at 12-15 weeks' gestation and the second in week after delivery), pre-anesthetic visit 36 +/- 2 computer printout obtained delivery. Of 1058 for whom records were complete who had epidural analgesia labor not complicated by dural puncture, 128 (12.1%) complained headache. did receive analgesia, incidence headache tended be higher (15.2%). However, because low response rate (27.1%) absolute number with (27) non-epidural group, statistical comparison was possible. Data from medical history or current pregnancy as well data delivery (maternal fetal-neonatal) significantly different between those free pain presenting except migraine pregnancy-induced hypertension which both associated an increased risk These factors should considered clinical studies obstetric malpractice claims.
