摘要: A new surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging technique was proposed. After measurements were conducted at varying wavelengths, the wavelength affording minimum brightness (SPR wavelength) determined each pixel of image. two-dimensional map SPR could be converted to a thickness profile by use nonlinear calibration curve, which obtained Fresnel calculation. An array protein thin layers on gold film evaluated in air present layers’ structure nanometer scale.
