Ba1−xLaxFe12O19 (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) hollow microspheres: material parameters, magnetic and microwave absorbing properties

摘要: Ba1−xLaxFe12O19 (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) hollow ceramic microspheres (HCMs) have been prepared by combining self-reactive quenching method with heat treatment. Their material parameters, magnetic and microwave absorbing properties were investigated. It was observed that after doping of lanthanum, the parameters showed a little change except hexagonal crystal disappearing. And HCMs decided lanthanum content parameters. With lathanum increases from 0.0 to 0.6, saturation magnetization (Ms) values initially increased, then decreased sharply minimum value, increased again, moreover, coercive force (Hc) reduced first, decrease value. Absorbing tests indicate La3+-doped, at 2 mm thickness, effective band (<−10 dB) 4.7, 5 4.4 GHz, respectively, reflectance would in low substituted level ≤ 0.4) increase high 0.6), frequency shifts increasing content. In 1.5–3 range, absorption peak intensity increases, can up 10, 8.1 8 respectively.
