摘要: Abstract The modern graphite furnace technology dates only from about 1980 yet it has become the most widely used method for determining metals at ultratrace levels in biological materials. characteristics of are discussed and status methodological development materials is reviewed. Those elements which simple routine methods available include least Al, As, Be, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb Se. Many other await verification preliminary methods. Some require better detection limits than by direct these convenient techniques extracting element to improve sensitivity.
