摘要: Biting force varies based on type of food that is being chewed. To study human mastication comprehensively, it better to consider the electromyography (EMG) activity masticatory muscles and bite force. The aim this evaluate SEMG-force relationship by utilizing Laguerre expansion technique (LET). In work, electrical only two muscles, namely masseter temporalis are measured. Results denote ability LET in predicting biting EMG signals. Additionally, proposed model can be able control robots using recorded these applications, uses non-expensive portable electrodes have advantageous compared use sensors cameras which often very expensive require massive structures.
