摘要: Primary aortoenteric fistula is a direct communication between the aorta and intestinal lumen it represents rare but potentially lethal complication of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. However, may occur less frequently in naive non-aneurysmatic aorta. Diagnosis often difficult delayed most cases, unless there high level clinical awareness.
