摘要: Annual assessment of adherence would strengthen long-term outcome assessments from registry data. The objective this study was to evaluate tools suitable for annual routine capture data in renal transplant recipients. A single-centre open prospective trial included 295 recipients on tacrolimus. Two-thirds the patients were 4 weeks post-transplant, randomized 1:1 intensive or single-point early phase and 1-year post-transplant. One-third post-transplant during a cross-sectional investigation. Adherence assessed using multiple methods: "Basel Assessment Immunosuppressive Medication Scale" (BAASIS© ) questionnaire used assess self-reported adherence. treating clinician scored patient's tacrolimus trough-concentration variability calculated. In analyses, different dichotomized (adherent/nonadherent). BAASIS© overall response rate over 80%. Intensive after transplantation increased chance capturing nonadherence event, but did not influence prevalence. generally captured populations. Combining tools, prevalence at 1 year 38%. identified large degree as nonadherent. these is feasible status.
