摘要: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) causes a series of inflammatory reactions in sites infection, companied by the upregulation key factor TNFα. TNFα, which serves as "master regulator" cytokine production, is mainly produced macrophages at early infection stage. Here, we showed that porcine alveolar great amount soluble TNFα upon PRRSV infection. Furthermore, found had anti-PRRSV effect. Next, using inhibitor genetic modification methods, addressed production was mediated ADAM17. Lastly, proved (78)Arg-Ser-Ser motif contained essential information for efficient cleavage. Taken together, our findings provide direct evidence ADAM17 cleaves represents new view identifying potential therapeutic targets therapy.
