摘要: Abstract The title compound was prepared by precipitation followed thermal annealing at 1000 °C. Photoluminescence of Ce3+ studied. In this host, exhibits PL that is totally different from observed for the constituent fluorides. For 5 mol% Ce, blue emission with a maximum 449 nm corresponding to near UV excitation. It suggested these characteristics can be useful obtaining low cost, phosphor solid state lighting using LED.
