摘要: An amperometric biosensor for assessing the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) was formed by immobilizing Debaryomyces hansenii VKM Y-2482 yeast cells in poly(vinyl alcohol) modified N-vinylpyrrolidone. Modification provided a high sensitivity and stability of bioreceptor. A oxidative activity receptor element absence any toxic effect assayed compounds were shown 34 substrates (alcohols, carbohydrates, carboxylic acids, amino nitrophenols surfactants) that may occur wastewaters. Estimates measurement range region linear dependence signals on BOD level, pH temperature sensitivities, dependences concentrations salts, stability, Michaelis kinetic constants assay rates obtained. The values determined wastewater samples to have correlation with those obtained standard dilution method.
