摘要: A theory of the helical aggregation macromolecules is presented in comparison with simple linear aggregation. The thermodynamic analysis equilibrium distribution monomers and aggregates shows that transition from dispersed to takes place as a condensation phenomenon. When concentration increased, begin appear at critical determined by solvent conditions. Above this very long coexist constant (and small amount aggregates). Theoretical process also made, relation between rate monomer investigated. theoretical results are compared experimental data obtained for various kinds proteins. Particularly, kinetic features globular-to-fibrous transformation muscle protein actin found be explained reasonably assuming That say, F-actin can regarded aggregate G-actin. Finally, possible functions intermolecular superstructures, such aggregates, discussed.
