摘要: This paper presents the results of a numerical study that has been performed to investigate different joint types affect moment-rotation relation and ultimate bending moment capacity joint. A 3D finite element method was adapted establish elaborate models segments. To evaluate possible differences in behavior between types, 10 were simulated. Additionally, effect on lining ring investigated. The validity peridynamic simulation tested by comparing obtained this against Hordijk Gijsbers. Observations demonstrate flat joint, expanding height increased rotation stiffness linear branch, accordingly, increased. In model, it observed led decreased displacement stress concentration Whenever there full surface contacts (contact two segment total cross section) joints, joints branch became equal, and, as result, model same all types. addition, using convex increases ring. bolted higher than without bolts, especially case negative moment.
