摘要: In this study, the forward hot dieless spinning method is employed in order to fabricate conical tubes using thick aluminum. The process first examined numerically and then verified by an experimental work. numerical a 3-D dynamic explicit model used solve common problem modeling of process, tube fixed roller rotates around tube. strain distribution at various forming passes studied. results show that circumferential different positions has negative value whose increases toward free end Besides, indicate hardness sample about 18% due such augmentation obvious along thickness formed
