摘要: The dramatic transformations in nuclear content and cellular organization that occur during gametogenesis require unique regulation execution of the mitotic meiotic cell cycle, apoptotic death, DNA recombination repair, differentiation. These processes are accompanied by constitutive developmentally regulated expression a number hsp70 genes encoding 70 kDa heat shock proteins (Hsp70), including several hsp70s whose is to male germ cells. Examining function Hsp70s cells has provided significant insights into mechanisms gene Hsp70 protein function, as well developmental gametogenesis.
