摘要: Abstract A new finite element method is proposed to model the evolution of cracks in a 3D lattice under mechanical and thermal fatigue loading. This step-by-step method, based on separation initiation propagation phenomenon, tuned by fitted entrance parameters which command laws. It founded linear elasticity assumptions, crack’s taken into account so-called deletion method. After algorithm presented, two examples are considered. The evolutions different crack network characteristic as function number cycles match, at least qualitatively, general trends observed experimentally.
