摘要: The absorption spectrum of carbon tetrafluoride (CF4) gas thermally decomposed under equilibrium conditions in a graphite tube furnace shows the bands CF2 at temperature T≈1900°K and also CF T≈2400°K. These results are approximate agreement with thermodynamic calculations made by Potocki Mann when high value 170 kcal/mole for heat sublimation f values about 10−3 both assumed.
