摘要: Robotic surgery for endometrial cancer has less blood loss, shorter hospital stays, and postoperative complications compared to laparotomies. technologic advantages over laparoscopic technique are most pronounced in obese patients. The learning curve may explain the greater utilization of robotic technique. will continue as a mainstay treatment uterine cancers we become more efficient cost conscious while maintaining high quality outcomes that have been reported.
