摘要: As the receptor for C3b/C4b, type 1 complement (CR1/CD35) plays an important role in regulation of activity and is further involved carcinogenesis. This study aimed to elucidate association CR1 genetic variants with susceptibility gastric cancer Chinese population. Based on NCBI database, totally 13 tag single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were selected by Haploview program genotyped using iPlex Gold Genotyping Assay Sequenom MassArray among 500 cases healthy controls. Odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) estimated logistic regression evaluate each SNP cancer. Of all Tag SNPs , rs9429942 T > C was found confer risk developing Compared carriers TT genotype, those CT genotype had 88% decreased OR (95%CI) 0.12 (0.03-0.50). Generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction (GMDR) analysis revealed a significant three-way interaction rs75422544 A, rs10494885 rs7525160 G development maximum testing balance accuracy 56.07% cross-validation consistency 7/10 (P = 0.011). In conclusion, our findings demonstrated gene
