摘要: Abstract A 115-day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary carbohydrate and vitamin D3 levels, their interactions on growth performance, body composition, insulin signaling pathway glucose metabolism in juvenile abalone Haliotis discus hannai (initial weight: 2.06 ± 0.01 g). Nine experimental diets a 3 × 3 two-factor design were formulated with different levels (27.5%, 32% 36.5%) (0, 1000 IU/kg 5000 IU/kg). Results showed that highest specific rate (SGR) observed treatment 36.5% D3. The serum glucose, crude lipid muscle glycogen contents significantly increased increasing (P
