摘要: Mapping the activity of neuronal circuits with high resolution in intact brain is a fundamental step toward understanding function. In last several years, nonlinear microscopy combined fluorescent reporters has become crucial tool for achieving this goal. review article, we will highlight principles underlying and discuss its application to neuroscience, focusing on recent functional studies rodent neocortex combination genetically encoded calcium indicators.
