摘要: Growing epidemiological evidence identifies key domains relevant to behavioral cardiology, including health behaviors, emotions, mental mindsets, stress management, social connectedness, and a sense of purpose. Each these exists along continuum, ranging from positive factors that promote health, negative factors, which are pathophysiological. To date, there has been relatively little translation this growing knowledge base into cardiology practice. Four initiatives proposed meet challenge: 1) promulgating greater awareness the potency psychosocial risks factors; 2) overcoming current "artificial divide" between conventional risk 3) developing novel cost-effective interventions using Internet mobile applications, group-based counseling, development tiered-care management; 4) in recognition "one size does not fit all" with respect interventions, specialists who can counsel patients multidisciplinary fashion use evidence-based approaches for promoting patient motivation execution goals.
