摘要: Recovery of metal values from spent CoMo/Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ catalysts petroleum hydrodesulfurization (HDS) processes containing appreciable amounts V, Ni, S, coke, and heavy hydrocarbons is described. The recovery process involves accepted chemical techniques. A slightly modified was used for coal liquefaction which are not poisoned by Ni as the HDS catalysts, but contain Ca, Fe, Ti major contaminants. Preliminary estimates (+-30%) capital operating costs based on latter type catalyst only tabulated. Flow diagrams both included. Results to determine effects Si, impurities Mo yet complete. It emphasized that has been tested a laboratory scale applied pilot plant yet. (BLM)
