摘要: Although biliary symptoms appear to be uncommon in patients with portal cavernoma, almost all of them have endoscopic retrograde cholangiographic abnormalities. The mechanisms underlying the changes are explained poorly. This study cavernoma had 3 aims: (1) assess manifestations related involvement; (2) evaluate magnetic resonance (MR) imaging aspect and frequency changes; (3) clarify involvement. From December 1999 July 2001, 25 consecutive adults without cancer or cirrhosis were studied MR cholangiography coupled portography. Seven presented clinical disease. findings stenosis 21 patients, upstream dilatation 16 displacement 13. portography showed cases that abnormalities secondary a mass effect directly pressure by cavernoma. In conclusion, disease most frequent; very common usually caused from veins composing is an effective noninvasive examination for simultaneous visualization bile ducts their relationship
