摘要: Recent studies showed that some functions of decidual dendritic cells appear to be essential for pregnancy. In humans, are identifiable by their expression DC-SIGN. We compared the subpopulations human DC-SIGN+ from first-trimester normal pregnancies and spontaneous abortions flow cytometry. decidua, expressed antigens associated with immature myeloid cells. samples abortions, we detected an antigen phenotype equivalent pregnancies, but at a significantly lower proportion (P < 0.01). Our results support hypothesis play role in or pathological pregnancy outcomes.
