摘要: Software as a Service (SaaS) aims to provide utility-oriented software delivery and provisioning. While being published reusable Web APIs, users can quickly compose multiple services into new value-added process: mashup. However, various may have different requirements, thus preferring the same set of in ways. Therefore, there is need unified way for configure services. RGPS (Role, Goal, Process, Service) an ongoing ISO-standard meta-model framework describing service usage requirements. This chapter presents approach leveraging help personalized service-based Based on users’ hierarchical goal tree generated further refine their business goals. According mappings between goals variation points process templates, will be created. One task realized by external service. Corresponding visualization tools are introduced assist users. also describes case study customizing mashup over established supermarket.
