Giant intradiploic epidermoid cysts of the skull. Report of two cases.

摘要: The authors describe two cases of giant intradiploic epidermoid cysts the cranial vault in which there was massive intracranial extension causing signs neurological involvement. very slow growth and benign histological nature these tumors explain their long preoperative evolution mild some cases. Roentgenographic computerized tomography findings permit a correct diagnosis. Complete removal capsules can be easily accomplished, despite large size. Total is associated with good long-term prognosis.
