Human pancreatic cationic trypsin as a possible mediator of pancreatic shock as inferred from a study of its interaction with serum and α2-macroglobulin

摘要: Abstract 1. (1) The study of the interaction between human pancreatic proteases and serum shows that cationic trypsin binds preferentially to α2-macroglobulin, whereas chymotrypsin II α1-proteinase inhibitor. 2. (2) One molecule α2-macroglobulin is able combine with two molecules form a complex which 80, 10, 0.17% active on benzoyl- dl -arginine-p-nitroanilide, casein, chymotrypsinogen, respectively. 3. (3) From these results it inferred may be major mediator shock observed during acute pancreatitis.
