摘要: Rice bacterial blight (BB) caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. (Xoo) implies substantial yield loss to rice. In times of climate change, increasing temperatures are observed and further acceleration is expected worldwide. Increasing temperature often turns into inhibition host plant defense pathogens. Recently, a reduced resistance in rice IRBB4 carrying Xa4, but an increase IRBB7 Xa7 has been reported. Influence high on both R genes (Xa4+Xa7) combined IRBB67 was analyzed under growth chamber conditions transcriptomic analysis performed. The pyramided line showed no differences lesion length between regimes, demonstrating that non-effectiveness Xa4 at did not affect resistance. Moreover, complements with Xoo spread planta beyond the symptomatic area regimes IRBB67. Time course revealed enhanced heat Xoo. Our findings highlight altered cellular compartments point role cell wall involved stress tolerance susceptible (IR24) resistant (IRBB67) NILs. Interestingly, up-regulation trehalose-6-phosphatase gene low affinity cation transporter suggest maintained certain homeostasis which may have its interplay responses as determined up-regulated down-regulated demonstrates how plants cope biotic abiotic stresses.
