Effects of annealing temperature on structure and magnetic properties of CoAl0.2Fe1.8O4/SiO2 nanocomposites

摘要: Abstract CoAl 0.2 Fe 1.8 O 4 /SiO 2 nanocomposites were prepared by sol–gel method. The effects of annealing temperature on the structure and magnetic properties samples studied X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer Mossbauer spectroscopy. results show that in exhibits a spinel after being annealed. As increases from 800 to 1200 °C, average grain size 5 41 nm while lattice constant decreases 0.8397 0.8391 nm, saturation magnetization 21.96 41.53 emu/g. Coercivity reaches maximum 1082 Oe for annealed at 1100 °C, thereafter with further increasing temperature. spectra isomer shift decreases, hyperfine field transfer mixed state superparamagnetic order completely 1200 °C.
