摘要: Planning and operation of Smart energetic have become more complex to analyse due structural changes in the energy sector. The inclusion distributed generation sources, with renewable storage systems, dislocation information between different organization levels actors lead inherent difficulty defining appropriate models that help decision making. Nowadays, decisions planning are made level by rather than integrated manner. To address this problem, work proposes a multi-level methodological framework based on Key Performance Indicators System Systems concepts. Involving methods, both quantitative qualitative, serves as guidance managers, planners, or political decision-makers from any electrical enterprise them find suitable solutions for smart grid projects.
