摘要: We use a stochastic patch occupancy model of invertebrates in the Mound Springs ecosystem South Australia to assess ability incidence function models detect environmental impacts on metapopulations. assume that probability colonisation decreases with increasing isolation and extinction is constant across spring vents. run quasi-equilibrium, then impose an impact by local probability. sample output at various times pre- postimpact, examine detecting significant change population parameters.
