摘要: The central importance of cell polarity control is emphasized by the frequency with which it targeted many diverse viruses. It clear that in targeting key proteins, viruses affect not only host polarity, but also influence cellular processes, including transcription, replication, and innate acquired immunity. Examination interactions different virus proteins its controls during life cycles, virally-induced transformation shows ever more clearly how intimately all processes are linked to polarity.
