摘要: Temporal changes in infarct collagen and left ventricular topography during healing after myocardial infarction were studied 132 dogs with coronary artery ligation: 8 sham 13 no (controls) 111 (3 at 1 day, 54 2 days, 25 7 3 weeks, 9 4 weeks 17 6 weeks). Myocardial hydroxyproline (a marker of collagen) was measured by spectrophotometry pathologic size, arteriographic occluded bed size computerized planimetry weighed rings. Over unchanged normal regions (average 4.20 mg/g dry weight) but increased progressively between days (9.94 versus 55.55 mg/g, p Significant (p ≤ 0.05) topographic hearts compared control included: 1) increase cavity area (5.0 3.9 cm2), endocardial circumference (8.8 7.4 cm) expansion index (infarct/normal segment length, 1.21 1.02) days; 2) decrease thinning ratio wall thickness, 0.71 0.98) weeks. Also, day infarcts, decreased (1.8 3.4 cm2) the noninfarcted length (6.9 5.4 cm). Changes similar for anterior (n = 54) posterior 57) infarcts. Thus, canine infarcts is associated dilation within followed contraction whereas increases Collagen deposition expanded thinned segments explains permanent regional shape distortion aneurysms.
