摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) is a common heterogeneous disease. The critical roles of microRNA-340 (miR-340) in the development and progression GC were emphasized accumulating studies. This study aims to examine regulatory mechanism miR-340 cellular processes. Initially, microarray technology was used identify differentially expressed genes miRs GC. After that, potential role determined via ectopic expression, depletion, reporter assay experiments. Expression secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1), miR-340, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/AKT) pathway, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related measured. Moreover, further explore function vivo vitro, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, tumorigenic capacity evaluated. SPP1 target gene which could then mediate PI3K/AKT signaling pathway by targeting Furthermore, levels reduced enriched tissues cells, with being activated. Inhibitory effects upregulated on confirmed vitro. Overexpression or silencing inhibited cell EMT process, but promoted apoptosis cells. Typically, may contribute inhibition cells suppression pathway.
