摘要: OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of early autism intervention with Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) implemented low intensity in a community service Europe. METHODS Subjects were boys (n = 13, ages 34-54 months, mean age 43.3 months) consecutively diagnosed spectrum disorder regional center Austria. The subjects either received ESDM for 4.6 hours weekly over 12 months 7) or as usual 6). Feasibility was evaluated by parent teacher questionnaires, fidelity measures, therapists' feedback. Developmental status assessed through standardized instruments (Mullen Scales Learning [MSEL], Vineland Adaptive Behavior Second Edition, Communicative Development Inventory, Pervasive Disorder Inventory [PDDBI], Parenting Sense Competence Scale) at baseline after intervention. RESULTS delivered high (>80%) newly trained multiprofessional team. Acceptability parents rated high. considered to be compatible both family preschool routines without any major adaptations. group showed trend toward improved receptive language (MSEL language; p 0.09, effect size [ES] 0.72) reduction parent-reported core symptoms (PDDBI Autism Composite Score; 0.04; ES 0.95).
