摘要: Abstract A procedure is described for the determination of submicrogram quantities mercury in urine. The method based on absorption 253.7 nanometer resonance line by vapor. After decomposition sample with nitric acid, reduced to elemental state stannous chloride. vapor driven into an atomic spectrophotometer or a detector. Measurement peak height used determine quantity present. No more than 2 ml required and entire can be completed less ten minutes.
