摘要: A relationship between the herpesviral infections and male reproductive health is of importance to both theoretical practical medicine. The review contains data on frequency herpes virus identification in sperm, effect viruses structure function germ cells, potential vertical transmission with gametes, experimental models study effects spermatogenesis. From analysis these it can be concluded that: 1) sperm associated reduced fertility; 2) simplex has a negative spermatogenesis, which manifests itself decreased proliferative activity spermatogonia, meiosis block enhanced apoptosis cells; 3) found intracellularly gametes; 4) markers widespread (HSV, cMV) should included examination men attending infertility clinics.
