摘要: Electrode membrane combinations for use in biosensors to detect analytes a sample and methods making storing same are disclosed. In one aspect, method is provided producing first layer electrode comprising: (1) forming solution containing Linker Lipid A, the disulfide of mercaptoacetic acid (MAAD) or similar molecule, linker Gramicidin B, spanning lipid C (MSL-C) D (MSL-D) other suitable molecules ion channel combinations; (2) contacting an clean gold surface with solution, components thus adsorbing onto electrode; (3) rinsing organic solvent; (4) removing excess solvent used rinsing.
