摘要: The mammalian neocortex gives rise to perception and initiates voluntary motor responses. cortical laminae are comprised of six distinct cellular layers local circuit neurons projection neurons. To explore molecular identities the neurons, discovery-orientated genomic approaches have been adopted. Microarray analysis dissected tissues has applied identify layer markers. Early neuronal cells were sorted by FACS from GFPlabeled embryonic brains for gene expression profiling. Laser capture microdissection retrograde-labeled when coupled with optimal RNA amplification technology, become a valuable strategy isolation in differentiated sequencing technology is promising not only determination expression, but also discovery posttranscriptional modifications complex neural system. There no doubt that advances studies opening up novel research avenues our understanding functions.
