摘要: The invention provides a multi-parameter water quality monitoring system based on micro-optical-electro-mechanical (MOEMS) micro spectrometer. consists of an optical detection system, multi-sample/reagent introducing flow path singlechip-based circuit control embedded-type measuring and controlling wireless transmission module, wherein the is used for delivering samples reagents into system; output signals are connected to controls from upper layer; which multi-position valve peristaltic pump miniature stepping motor; collimating light source, multi-functional sample chamber MOEMS has function efficiently rapidly switching paths, advantages higher extracting precision, rapidness in high efficiency cleaning, can be widely applied real-time surface grade II.
