摘要: Abstract The ‘x’ wt% (x = 0, 0.02, 0.04 and 0.06) Pr 6 O 11 modified Ba 0.98 Ca 0.02 Zr Ti 3 (BCZT – x Pr) piezoelectric ceramics have been fabricated by the solid state reaction method with sintering at 1450 °C 0) 1350 °C (0.02 ≤ for 2 h. impact of concentration on structural, microstructural, photoluminescence ferroelectric properties has systematically investigated. x-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns revealed co-existence tetragonal orthorhombic phases room temperature upto concentration. grain size was found to decrease content. Room Raman spectroscopy results were consistent XRD results. (PL) spectra showed significant emissions consisting strong blue (489 nm), green (528 nm) red (649 nm) wavelengths. emission intensities PL spectrum strongly dependent a maximum value obtained BCZT ceramic. Further, large remnant polarization (2P r ~ 13 µC/cm 2 ) low coercive field (E C 22 V/cm) crystal structure microstructure affect properties. Such ceramic make it potential candidate novel integrated multifunctional devices.
