摘要: Microstructural observation revealed that the increase in volume fraction of SiC particles lowers coefficient thermal expansion (CTE) composite, and CTE metal matrix composites is proportional to size Si phase. To analyze behavior aluminum composites, a new model for mono-dispersed binary composite on basis Ashelby's cutting welding approach was proposed. In theoretical model, it considered during cooling relaxation residual stresses could create an elasto-plastic deformation zone around or Al2O3 particle matrix. The reinforced other metallurgical factors alloy were also considered. this interacting effect between hard soft by introducing influence particle, which distinguished from previous models. It are influenced fraction, elastic modulus Poisson's ratio as well size.
