摘要: The presence of pharmaceuticals in drinking water, even at very low concentrations, has raised concerns among stakeholders such as drinking-water regulators, governments, water suppliers and the public, with regard to potential risks humans. Despite this, occurrence fate waters many countries (e.g. Poland) remains unknown. There is a lack sufficiently sensitive reliable analytical methods for analyses need more in-depth hydrogeological analysis possible sources drug residues water. In this paper, multi-residual method simultaneous determination seventeen human been developed. Large-volume extractions using Speedisk extraction disks, derivatization prior GC-MS-SIM new silylating agent DIMETRIS were applied. detection limits (MDLs) ranged from 0.9 5.7ng/L absolute recoveries target compounds above 80% most analytes. developed was successfully applied collected Gdansk (Poland), 17 pharmaceuticals, 6 detected least once. During investigation, geomorphology site region taken into account, analysed samples investigated, drugs ground surface waters, raw treated determined. Concentrations also compared those observed other countries. As result, study not only determining well rendering missing information Poland (a country one highest consumptions Europe), but it presents modelled real waters.
