摘要: Hierarchical audio coding and decoding method system hierarchical for transient signals are provided. In the present invention, by introducing a processing signal frames in methods, segmented time-frequency transform is performed on frames, then frequency-domain coefficients obtained transformation rearranged respectively within core layer extended layer, so as to perform same subsequent processes, such bit allocation, coefficient coding, etc., those steady-state thus enhancing efficiency of improving quality decoding.
