摘要: Abstract Electro-oculograms on ocular command, pursuit movements and the optokinetic nystagmus (OKN) were recorded in 40 subjects with developmental dyslexia 24 normals, who good readers. Command movemetns sudden, fast, non-step-like both groups. The OKN was symmetrical 28 cases asymmetrical 10 of dyslexic subjects. saccadic constant findings dyslexias but they rarely reader (4 cases). These produced monophasic sharp potentials variable amplitude very short rise time. They appeared almost exclusively horizontal plane, right to left pursuit, seldom up-down pursuit. majority (13 one eye 19 eyes) showed unidirectional direction target predominant abducting eye. Less frequently 8 an association uni- bidirectional (mixed type) observed. Isolated observed only case. either conjugated or limited eye, while other performed a smooth movement.
