摘要: The deterioration of the environment in Central and Eastern Europe during past fifty years has very often been linked to communist regimes then place. Indeed, region, ideologically led attempts governments achieve industrial development glorify role work worker alike left little room for environmental considerations. authorities effectively refrained from enforcing existing legislative norms, because they were portrayed as a barrier development.
