摘要: Abstract Mg2+ and Zr4+ co-substitution in perovskite materials is known to have a pronounced effect on their tetragonal distortion other physical properties. This study reports the variation structural, ferroelectric magnetic properties of (BiMg0.5(1−x)Zr0.5(1−x)FexO3)0.45− (PbTiO3)0.55 solid solutions with x varying from 0.7 1.0. The XRD analysis shows an increase 1.07 1.12 x. increasing has been observed be directly correlated decrease B O bond length 1.55 A 1.20 A. A remains unchanged. grain size was slightly (up x = 0.9). measurements show that remnant polarisation (Pr) decreases 10.19 μC/cm2 0.64 μC/cm2. revealed all samples exhibit antiferromagnetic behaviour maximum Mr value 11.205* 10−4emu/g for x = 0.9.
