摘要: Methods for grafting unmodified PEO or any other water-soluble polymers to the surfaces of metals and glasses form biocompatible having low protein affinity is provided. One technique includes steps of: (a) providing a support member plurality hydroxyl oxide groups attached surface said member; (b) exposing silane coupling agent cause layer that covalently bound wherein comprises vinyl groups; (c) hydrophilic polymer causing react with bond layer. Exposure γ-radiation induce radiation Another silylated chain hydrophobic domain directly metal inorganic surface.
